Sean Gallagher is an international business leader, coach, investor and advisor with 30 years of experience in the IT industry. Sean has led multi-billion dollar international businesses at companies like Hewlett Packard and Cisco and was also the President of Xerox France. 

In the past 3 years he has become a coach for some of the biggest names in technology, as well as an investor and advisor for tech startups. Most recently Sean co-founded The NewNow Group, (www.newnow.group) a strategy and technology company accelerating the ESG (Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance) transformation of companies and their pivot towards positive impact.

Sean has been tasked with scaling organizations and emerging technology solutions through the development of partner ecosystems in particular, in all of his previous roles. During his tenure at Hewlett Packard, he was responsible for building the company’s Preferred Partner program in EMEA covering all elements of the portfolio of products, software and services. 

He went on to lead HP’s business across the General Western Europe region as the VP & General Manager. At Cisco Systems, Sean was a colleague of our non-Executive Director, Michael Ganser, and was tasked with growing Cisco’s commercial business across EMEA. Sean delivered 14 consecutive quarters of market-leading growth of this $3bn+ business while implementing significant salesforce and go-to-market transformation, evolving the organization towards targeted business outcomes and recurring revenue streams.
