Max Conze is an entrepreneur and investor and the former CEO of ProSiebenSat1Media SE and Dyson. During his tenure as Dyson CEO between 2011 and 2017, revenue and profit quadrupled following rapid expansion of Dyson’s product portfolio, expansion into Asia and major digital pivots including investments in software, connected devices, IoT and e-commerce. The product and business model transformation turned Dyson into a widely admired global technology leader. The 3,500 person team at Dyson grew to more than 10,000 globally - all passionate about solving problems, delivering everything from cleaner air to more beautiful hair. 

At ProSieben, one of Europe's leading media, digital and e-commerce businesses, Max pivoted the traditional media footprint to focus more on local entertainment, provide a greater digital offering and build broad alliances to enable smarter advertising technology. Non-TV dependent revenues shot up to 50% and ProSieben’s Nucom Group, focused on digital and e-commerce, became one of the top three matchmaking groups in the world following the acquisitions of e-harmony and MeetGroup to merge with Parship. At the core of his focus was harnessing the creators and building a more agile, fast and open culture where people and ideas create the value. 

Prior to his time at ProSieben and Dyson, Max also held general management roles with Procter & Gamble in Europe, US and Asia.
